We’ve been holding today’s episodes hostage because the video for Riptide 123 early access has been giving us hell with the export. In the interest of making sure we release on Saturday, we’ve put everything else up but the video is still delayed. Should be up later tonight, if not early tomorrow.
For everyone’s future reference, we do not adhere to a specific upload time, only targeting for Saturdays biweekly. The constant speed bumps have just caused later uploads than usual.

We had a bunch of merch sold through pre-orders in the big Riptide Returns drop (and the pin club!) so here’s a big old update on where all the shipping timelines stand as of right now!
(We will also be updating these delivery windows on our store backend, so you may get a separate email saying your item’s delivery estimate has changed.)
Riptide Campaign Pin (December)
Many of you have already received. For those that haven’t, we expect these to ship out in 1-2 weeks!
Chip Swords Pin Club Pin (January)
All have been shipped out! US people, you probably already have it, international people may be still in transit.
Jay Gun Pin Club Pin (February)
We expect these to ship out in 1-2 weeks!
Pretzel Plushie
Many of you have already received. For those that haven’t, we expect these to ship out mid April!
Gillion Dice Set
About half of you have already received. For those that haven’t, we expect these to ship out in May or June! (Yeah, dice manufacturing lead times are long, we apologize. You guys loved this set more than we thought you would, and we thought we over-prepared after the Riptide campaign dice drop.)
Riptide Desk Mat
We honestly expect these to reach our warehouse any day now but they’re lost in sea freight purgatory right now. Non-zero chance they fell into the Hole in the Sea tbh. We hope these ship out in 1-2 weeks but once we know more we’ll let you know if that changes!
If at any point BEFORE your order ships, you need to change the address on your order, please email contact@support.jrwishow.com with the email you placed the order with, your order number if you have it, and your new address. Also if you have any questions/concerns about your order hit them up!
